A Black-Tie Philadelphia Wedding At The Lucy by Cescaphe

Jamie & Matt’s wedding at The Lucy by Cescaphe was the perfect mix of classic romance and modern city chic. The day started with Jamie getting ready in a nearby hotel before meeting Matt for their first look at the historic Merchants Exchange Building in Old City. Their style was everything—Jamie stunned in her Made with Love Bridal gown from Lighthouse Bridal, featuring delicate shoulder bows, while Matt looked sharp in a white jacket and black pants. The two shared the sweetest moments before their bridal party, dressed in sleek black attire, joined in for portraits.

After capturing their love in this iconic Philly spot, we headed to a local church for their traditional ceremony. Once they officially became husband and wife, we took a stroll down Broad Street toward The Lucy. Of course, we had to pause for an epic moment in the middle of the street, with City Hall perfectly in the background—it doesn’t get more Philly than that!

Inside The Lucy, the reception space was filled with romance. Gold details, white florals, and candlelight made the room feel intimate and elegant, while intricate floral centerpieces adorned each table. The centerpiece of it all? A floral chandelier filled with disco balls that set the stage for an unforgettable party.

Jamie & Matt’s entrance onto the dance floor was met with epic sparklers as they shared their first dance beneath the glowing chandelier. The party that followed was a blast, filled with energy and celebration. Before the night ended, we snuck out for some dreamy nighttime portraits on Broad Street, capturing the magic of the city and their love under the glow of the lights.
