A Colorful, Coastal Wedding At Yacht Club of Stone Harbor

Emily and Will’s wedding at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor was the perfect celebration of love, style, and coastal charm. This bayside venue is one of our favorites to photograph, and their summer wedding day captured everything we love about Stone Harbor- beachside energy, vibrant details, and joyful moments from start to finish.

The morning began at The Icona Avalon, where Emily got ready in one of our favorite oceanfront suites. With her bridesmaids by her side, she popped champagne on the deck overlooking the beach before slipping into her timeless strapless gown. The suite’s natural light and airy coastal vibe made the perfect setting for these sweet, candid moments. Meanwhile, Will got ready nearby at a shore home with his groomsmen, surrounded by plenty of laughter and anticipation.

Emily and Will saw each other for the first time at their ceremony, held at a quaint church in Stone Harbor. After exchanging vows, they exited to a joyful ribbon send-off, greeted by cheers and hugs from their family and friends. It was the perfect transition into portraits, and we made our way to the beach to capture their newlywed glow against the waves and shoreline. Before heading into cocktail hour, Emily and Will slipped away to the docks, a favorite portrait spot with views overlooking the bay. The peaceful setting was such a romantic pause before the party.

Inside the reception, Ali Nolan Events brought Emily and Will’s vision to life in the most stunning way. Every detail felt thoughtful and layered. Tables were decorated with colorful florals, glowing candles, wicker floral chargers, and a collection of blue-and-white patterned linens. Mini white rattan lamps added an extra touch of charm, while the blue-and-white checkerboard dance floor set the stage for an unforgettable night. Guests laughed, danced, and celebrated under the warm glow of candlelight.

As the evening continued, Emily surprised everyone with a fun outfit change. She slipped into a sparkling mini party dress, the perfect look to dance the night away. It was such a joyful end to a day filled with beauty, love, and celebration on the shore.
