A Dreamy Fall Wedding at The Reeds at Shelter Haven

Kelsey & Gavin’s fall wedding at The Reeds at Shelter Haven was nothing short of magical! With coastal elegance, classic romance, and the most stunning sunset over the bay, every detail of their day came together perfectly. The day was planned to perfection by Shannon Wellington Weddings, who we always love working with!

The morning began with getting ready in the beautiful suites at The Reeds, overlooking the serene bay. The calm water reflected the bright blue sky, creating the most peaceful start to the day. Kelsey’s bridal look was effortlessly stunning—her lace robe was so chic and elegant, the perfect choice as she popped champagne with her bridesmaids and soaked in the excitement of the morning.

Meanwhile, Gavin and his groomsmen made their way through the charming streets of Stone Harbor, heading to the local church for the ceremony. Soon after, Kelsey followed, ready to meet her groom at the altar. Their traditional church ceremony was heartfelt and beautiful, as they exchanged vows in front of their closest family and friends.

After the ceremony, we made our way to the beach in Stone Harbor, NJ for portraits. The bridal party gathered in front of the idyllic dunes, creating the dreamiest coastal backdrop. Then, we followed Kelsey & Gavin as they strolled along the shoreline, capturing romantic, windswept portraits that felt so effortlessly timeless. Back at The Reeds, we couldn’t miss stopping by the dock on the bay. The calm water, golden-hour glow, and crisp fall air made for the most picturesque and intimate moments between the newlyweds.

Then, it was time to celebrate! The reception space at The Reeds was elegantly decorated with white florals and coastal details, creating the perfect ambiance. The night was filled with love, laughter, and nonstop dancing as guests celebrated Kelsey & Gavin in one of the most beautiful places on the Jersey Shore.
