Heirloom Keepsakes
We're big advocates for purchasing an heirloom wedding album, especially ahead of time. We find that many clients regret not ordering an album, and the months turn into years before they get around to ordering. While we're always happy to design and produce your heirloom album at any point in time, we find most clients are relieved and excited to have already included it in their wedding day package. Our design process includes a few rounds of revisions as we craft the album around the story of your wedding day. We'll take into account your preferences such as fabric choices & color options, along with cover text and photo preferences. The production process takes about 3-4 weeks as they albums are hand bound and custom made to each order. We are always so excited to deliver these special heirloom pieces, and we find they become some of the most treasured tangibles in our clients' lives.

DESIGN PROCESS
THE HEIRLOOM ALBUM
Whether you purchase an album with your wedding collection or add it on down the road, we begin the process with an initial payment and preliminary selection of size. The size and a la carte options can always be upgraded!

FILL OUT AN ORDER FORM
Once you're ready to design your album after your gallery has been delivered, we will send you over a form to fill out so we can intake your preferences, such as cover fabric (linen, silk or tanned/ distressed leather), as well as other a la carte options such as text preferences, cut out images on the cover, and more. We'll intake all of this information so we can best design your album!

SELECT ANY FAVORITE IMAGES
We also ask at the initial phase for you to "favorite" or select any must-have images that you would like included in your gallery. You are able to do this directly inside of your online gallery, so you can easily select and share notations with us on the images. This step is totally optional, but we always like to make sure we ask for any must-have's ahead of time!

WE BEGIN DESIGNING
Once we've received your preferences and any favorite images you'd love included, we will begin designing your album from start to finish to perfectly tell the story of your wedding day. Each page is hand-crafted and designed custom to lay out your story in the perfect format.

REVIEW + REVISIONS
After your initial album design is complete, we will send you a digital rendering of it where you can make comments and request revisions, if you have any! We typically make those changes pretty quickly and then send over the final version for you to approve. Often times, there are no changes necessary and you can simply press approve!

SHIPPING
You've approved your album design and it's ready to be printed, bound, and shipped! If there are any changes to your shipping address, please be sure to inform us promptly, as we typically order and ship it to your address as fast as we can. The whole process can take a few months, and we know how much you'll want to have your hands on this!
