Once you send us a message through our contact form, we'll reply with our availability and pricing, and offer a time to schedule a virtual coffee date. We'll get to know each other, make sure we're the right fit for your wedding day, and go over all the details.

We keep the booking process super simple and straightforward, so your official records and documents are always in one safe place. After you book, it's time to celebrate one huge check off your wedding planning list!
All of our clients receive one-on-one communication, assistance planning the wedding day photography timeline, and lots of helpful information and guidance to ensure the wedding day runs efficiently and stress-free. Magi will personally meet with each client to ensure their timeline & wedding day details are organized, and help with any needed information.
Your engagement session is a great time to get to know your wedding day photographer and feel more comfortable in front of the camera. You can use these images for decoration and Save-the-Dates! Our engagement sessions come with a complimentary styling guide and a wardrobe consultation.
As your date gets closer, if you haven't already connected with your photographer, we'll schedule a time for you to meet your lead photographer from our Studio over coffee or FaceTime so you can get to know each other before the big day! Typically, the timeline and details are already finalized so you can focus on really connecting with each other!
After the wedding, all images are carefully selected and fully edited to be consistent with the signature Magdalena Studios style, no matter the photographer. The online gallery is delivered 6-8 weeks after the wedding date, and we can assist with printing, framing, designing gallery walls, and creating fine art, heirloom wedding albums.
