Christina & Cody’s Philadelphia wedding at The Lucy by Cescaphe was so much fun to capture! The day began with anticipation and excitement as Christina and her girls prepared for the day in a local hotel. They had so much fun in the morning before heading to the ceremony. Nestled in the heart of Philly, a local church awaited the couple to exchange vows in a ceremony steeped in tradition and heartfelt promises. As the newlyweds emerged from the church, they were greeted by a joyous display of ribbons waving in the air to celebrate their union as husband and wife.

When it was time for portraits, a rainstorm rolled in, but Christina & Cody didn’t let it get them down. With quick thinking and spontaneity, a change of plans led them to the charming ambiance of Headhouse, where magic unfolded amidst the less-than-perfect weather. The historic brick provided both a cover from the rain and a beautiful backdrop for photos. A classic car picked up our couple and when we arrived at The Lucy, the rain paused! This allowed us to get outside and capture portraits against the backdrop of Philadelphia’s iconic Broad Street and City Hall.

The celebration continued at The Lucy by Cescaphe, a haven of grandeur and romance where the reception unfolded in opulent elegance. Tables adorned with flickering candles, lush florals, and exquisite centerpieces made the space come to life, setting the stage for an unforgettable celebration. Amidst laughter and heartfelt toasts, the couple’s first dance was elevated as a petal cannon showered them with delicate flower petals, framing their special moment. Adding to the festivities, That Rad Booth, our sister company, brought an element of whimsy, allowing guests to capture cherished moments throughout the night, creating memories to last a lifetime.
