This colorful, black-tie wedding was the epitome of Florida bliss! It took place at Island Country Club in Marco Island, FL. Because of the pandemic, almost every aspect of this wedding needed to be replanned.
While their original plan was to marry at a New Jersey wedding venue, they ended up tying the knot in Marco Island, FL where Alicia’s family has a house. This is where they have celebrated all major holidays, so pivoting to this location made sense. While planning, Alicia’s vision was “Marco Magic,” and it definitely came to life. They chose The Island Club as their new venue, which demonstrates classic Florida charm at its best!
Alicia has always loved bright colors, so she knew she wanted to incorporate that vibrance into her wedding day. The bridesmaid dresses were a mix of sunset colors that fit in with this Marco Island wedding venue perfectly. Fun fact, two of Alicia’s bridesmaids ended up wearing dresses from her closet! The Island Club was a bride’s absolute dream, making it the perfect Marco Island wedding venue for this stylish couple. The glamorous classic Florida vibe of the venue captured A&J’s vision perfectly. As a special “magical” Disney touch, A&J named each reception table after a memorable line from a Disney Song.
