A Perfect Summer Day Stone Harbor Wedding

This gorgeous summer day was perfect for a Stone Harbor Wedding! Kelly & Nick’s wedding is one of our all-time favorites. The day started with Kelly getting ready at her family’s home on the bay in Stone Harbor. Her details reflected the coastal setting perfectly. The couple’s first look took place at a local beach park, where the shell-lined path reflected the summer light in the most beautiful way. We loved the greenery backdrop that added such dimension to the gallery.
After the private first look between the two, we made our way back to Kelly’s family home for portraits. Kelly’s bridesmaids dressed in neutrals and Nick’s groomsmen in deep blue suits, which were the perfect choice for the blue backdrop of the bay. Everyone had the biggest smiles on their faces the entire day! Portraits of Kelly & Nick on the deck were so romantic and epitomized the perfect summer day in Stone Harbor, something the couple and their family know well.
A classic red convertible was waiting for Kelly & Nick to take them to their ceremony venue. We love a classic car moment, as you can tell from the portraits (scroll to see what we mean!). The red pop of color was such a cool and stylish addition to the day. The ceremony space overlooking the bay at The Reeds at Shelter Haven mirrored the portrait location with gorgeous blue water sparkling in the sun.
It wouldn’t be a Stone Harbor wedding without sunset portraits on the dock of the bay. This sunset was pure magic! We’ll let the photos speak for themselves. The final detail of the day was the congratulatory wishes for Kelly & Nick on the classic cinema sign for all of Stone Harbor to see. We had to make our way over to see it in person! This was such a beautiful wedding, and couldn’t have been a more perfect day for this sweet couple. K&N, thank you so much for having us capture your special day!
