An Elegant Spring Mallard Island Yacht Club Wedding

Sam & Martin’s Mallard Island Yacht Club wedding was so much fun to capture! Mallard Island Yacht Club is a stunning New Jersey wedding venue nestled amidst the serene waters of Long Beach Island, NJ. The venue’s natural elegance paired with a color palette of white and green florals provide the perfect backdrop for dreamy weddings and portraits. Its lush green gardens and picturesque waterfront views create an ambiance that exuded both charm and sophistication.

The day started in the bridal suite with Sam’s details and getting-ready moments. The Mallard Island bridal suite is out of a fairytale movie! It’s the perfect space for gorgeous portraits. Sam’s romantic Millanova gown from Viero Bridal sparkled in all of the natural light. Martin got ready in the groom’s quarters before making his way to his first look with Sam. One of our favorite things about this venue is the variety of portrait locations. Everywhere you look is a picture-perfect backdrop!

The ceremony took place in the chapel onsite. The backdrop was the illusion of floating florals and greenery. Sam & Martin wanted to leave the ceremony space a surprise after their first look, so the first time they saw how it came together was when they processed into the ceremony. We loved this idea and it made Sam’s walk down the aisle even more special! The couple read personal vows to each other, which were so sentimental and sweet!

After the ceremony, the festivities moved to the reception, where The Fabulous Greaseband took the stage. Sam’s family has been seeing the band every year on their fmaily trips to Ocean City, NJ, so it was a personal touch to have the band play at her wedding! The couple shared their first dance and the dance floor quickly filled with friends and family, who were swept up in the energy and joy of the evening. It was so much fun with this sweet couple.
