You’ve received your gallery (whether it’s your engagement, family, or wedding gallery) and now you want to share them from your phone – either on social media or just to have them handy. Far too often we see clients “screenshot” their gallery, and then even upload the screenshots to social media – which ends up looking grainy, distorted, and not the best quality. If you’re looking to save the hi-res images to your phone directly, here are a few things you can do:

1. Send Them From Your Computer To Your iPhone

I personally think this is the easiest way to obtain the images. After you download the entire gallery on your computer, you can directly send them to your iPhone in their original hi-res quality.  If you have messaging on your computer, you can type in your own phone number and text it to yourself. Once you receive the text on your phone, you just save it like you would an image from another message. You can also email them to yourself and open the email on your phone to save the files. And lastly, if you have a Mac & and an iPhone, you can airdrop yourself the photos and they will directly save to your photos!

2. Save Directly From Your Gallery To Your Phone

Open the gallery on your phone in your web browser (go into your email and open the link or type in the link in the URL address bar). Select the image you wish to download to your phone, then simply click on the download icon to begin downloading the image. You may need to enter the PIN displayed in your email (but you’ll only have to do this once). Once you click the Download Icon, the image will open in a new window, simply select OK to move on. Then hold, or press down on the image on your phone, until the Save Image message box appears. Once you select Save Image, the image will be saved directly to their mobile device’s camera roll. You can continue this process for every other image you wish to download.

3. Save The Gallery Link To Your Phone’s Home Screen

If you don’t want to save all of the images to your camera roll, but you’d like to be able to quickly access the gallery to share with friends and family, you can add a link to the gallery to your homescreen – so that a link to open it will show up like an app! Follow the steps below to Add to Home Screen on your iPhone/iPad or Android devices for quicker access. Using the Add to Home Screen option will save an icon on your device home screen that links directly to your Collection.
