“I’m pretty sure I’ve been in Love with Ola from our first game of cops and robbers. When I was 7, I moved in next door to a big family of surfers. Most of our time was spent at the beach, and the rest exploring, and climbing trees in our joining back yards (pretty much a jungle.) Olas two younger brothers where some of my best friends, so we were all together most days. When I was 14 Ola and I started to show feelings for each other but I was still so young, and Im sure I still acted like it to! By 16 the feelings grew too strong and he asked my to be his girlfriend. We’ve been together ever since.
Our adult life has been full of similar adventure. Were both still chasing our surf dreams, but we’ve also fallen in love with our small fruit farm we got shortly after getting married. Besides watching him ride waves, nothing gets me more googly eyed then Ola planting trees all day, sharing our produce with friends and family, and loving our land.” – Monyca
