A Colorful Springtime Wedding At The Reeds

If you’re dreaming of a vibrant and floral-filled Stone Harbor wedding, Grace and Bryan’s spring celebration at The Reeds at Shelter Haven is the perfect inspiration. With portraits at The Wetlands Institute, a stunning bayfront ceremony, and thoughtful, colorful design details, this New Jersey wedding was equal parts joyful and stylish.

Grace began her day in the Skye Suite at The Reeds, one of our favorite getting ready locations in South Jersey. The natural light and beautifully designed interiors created a calm, elegant atmosphere as she prepared with her bridal party. The suite offered the perfect backdrop for capturing those exciting moments, and the energy in the room was buzzing as Grace, her mom, and her bridesmaids enjoyed the morning together.

We then made our way to the Wetlands Institute in Stone Harbor for Grace and Bryan’s first look. The setting was peaceful and natural, with shell paths, shore-washed wood, and soft greenery creating a romantic, coastal vibe. The warm March air and soft sunlight made it feel like spring had fully arrived. Grace’s bridesmaids wore dresses in shades of blue and green, each one unique in style and texture. Some were floral, others solid-colored. Together, they created an effortlessly beautiful, coastal-chic look that photographed so well.

The couple exchanged vows outdoors, out back of The Reeds, overlooking the bay. The ceremony space was transformed with colorful flowers and a gorgeous floral arbor that framed Grace and Bryan perfectly. Guests gathered under soft skies and light breezes, and the natural beauty of the bay paired with the lush floral design made it perfect.

The reception at The Reeds wedding venue was absolutely stunning. The space came to life with floral arrangements on every table, colorful tablecloths, ornate green glassware, detailed napkins, and a custom menu design that matched the invitation suite. It was a perfect mix of elegance and personality. As the sun set over the bay, the celebration continued with toasts, dancing, and a crowd full of smiling faces. Grace and Bryan’s guests truly knew how to celebrate, the energy on the dance floor was electric!
